| What is your return policy? All dance wear and foot wear are returnable, postmarked no later than 14 days after receipt of goods.
Items will only be accepted for return that are in unworn, resalable condition. Tags must still be attached, tights must be in their packaging and not tried on, shoes that show any sign of wear will not be accepted as a return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges will not be subject to any restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a method of shipment that provides you with a tracking number to protect against loss of goods in transit.
Make up and costume accessories are final sales, and will not be accepted as returns.
U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Please use USPS for any return shipments. FedEx, UPS and others charge for clearing customs and brokerage. All charges of this sort will be deducted from your return. Back to top
| | What is your method of shipment? We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel to Canada and the US. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments. Shipping costs are calculated based on your purchase and will be available at checkout.

| | Why are the prices different when I go to the store vs. the website? dancewearhouse.com is a division of Harlequin. We offer quality dancewear at discount prices. Harlequin is a full service dance store with expert staff to help you with fitting, answer all of your questions, and give knowledgeable advice. They also provide the convenience of having your product there on the shelf, and you may take it with you that same day. We must ask a shipping charge, and packing and handling takes time, as well as transit in post. While very convenient for some, each method has it's own costs and times associated with it. In short: You cannot get the same prices in store as online. We are a different division. However, we do carry the same products as the physical store. Back to top

All orders must be shipped to you, and all returns or exchanges must be done via post. Harlequin does not have the ability to handle your orders in store, they are a separate entity. Additionally (for shoes only), during the checkout process you will have the option of providing us with your street shoe size. We will use this information to double check the sizes ordered, and we will adjust the sizes as we feel is necessary. We cannot guarantee a fit, but we will do our best to find the right size for you.
