Harlequin Costume and Dance has been serving Manitoba, Canada and the United States with quality dance wear, foot wear, professional stage makeup, costumes, costume accessories, wigs and formal wear for 25 years.
Our 15,000 sq foot retail store is located in the heart of historic downtown Winnipeg, just two blocks north of the new MTS True North Center, between Ellice and Cumberland.
We welcome you to come and visit us! From our spacious shoe fitting area, complete with barre, padded leather chairs, and thousands upon thousands of shoes, to our tight wall, stocked with every size, style and colour, Harlequin has what you're looking for!
